World peace seems to be elusive with many nations in turmoil due to political instability, food crises, flood or famine. The Russian-Ukraine war is still occurring relentlessly. The Palestine-Israel conflict continues unabated. Countries in the African subcontinent are suffering from political conflict, and growing financial insecurity. Sri Lanka’s framework is crumbling. Syria and Afghanistan are facing an economic crisis. The situation for most of the underdeveloped regions is bleak. But the world community must not give up. Humanitarian aid must flow and the developed nations must intervene for a more peaceful world.
