The department of Hospitality and Tourism Management under the Faculty of Commerce and Management of Assam down town University organized a ROCK ON FIRE Chef competition on Thursday, the 27th of October 2022.

The event began with the felicitation of the three renowned and experienced Chefs, invited to judge the event, namely Executive Chef Bishan Singh Negi of Novotel, Chef Kanchan Acharjee of Radisson Blu, and Chef Cham Hun Chakhap of Kiranshree Grand. Dr. Bhola Chourasia, Head of the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management delivered the Welcome Address.
