We are very proud to inform that CSgt Hrishikesh Rabha and Cdt. Biplab Baro from Assam down town University soared to new heights as they were selected to lead the way in the Chief Minister Rally cum Pre-Independence Day Celebration at Latashil, Guwahati.
Their remarkable achievement didn't go unnoticed, as on September 20, 2023, the Assam Government extended a warm invitation to the CM Office, where they were bestowed with commendations by the Hon'ble Chief Secretary Shri P.K. Borthakur (IAS) and DGP Shri G.P. Singh (IPS) of Assam.
